Room for Improvement

The staff eventually offered us a different room, an appreciated gesture, but communication could have been better.

We heard "lots" of noise directly behind our room from 12am til 2:30am in the morning. Walls are very thin! Not only did we hear talking, music and bed knocking, but more than we wanted to hear. If all the rooms are not full, why do they put you right next to another couple??

The waffles at the continental breakfast were excellent! The room was basic but very clean. Overall an excellent value.

Sketchy vibes at night

Check-in was okay, but the vibes were off was good. Met some shady folks outside. The room itself was a mess-everything smelled bad and the couch was gross. At least the AC worked well. Pro tip, the area feels unsafe at night, so maybe skip this one if you're traveling solo or with your family.

Everything was fine, no complaints whatsoever, I would recomand it. Loved my pleasant stay for 4 nights. The hotel had a peaceful position, close to shopping center.

Great customer service, very kind.

The bed was super firm, way too firm for most people. hard to sleep on it. There was no place to sit in the room, room had a desk, no chair, room also did not have a microwave oven or a refrigerator. I would not recommend this motel to anyone. Did not feel safe leaving my vehicle in parking lot that night.

Floor could have been cleaner - looked as mopped with dirty mop

The carpet was filthy while the air conditioning worked well.

I liked the rooms nice and clean. Staff very friendly will stay again. Liked soda machines but should have snack machines too. But overall great stay be back again.

The night manager was cute and made check-in seamless! Plus, the mini fridge and microwave in the room really saved me when I didn't want to leave for food.

It wasn't cheap but was still acceptable enough for what I needed.

It's a very modern contemporary facility. Clean with nice staff that were effortless to Assist with any needs. The room was clean with an elegant decor which impressed my guest I was entertaining for the weekend. The only change that I would request is for the Room tv to be able to accept an outside Auxilary Source to connect a dvd player to, for renting DVDs. This is a small request and doesn't affect the overall Appreciation of this hotel. Which I plan to return to.

Promotional material indicated the room had two beds. What was not described was that room 308 had a single queen sized bed and a mattress beside the windowsill that did not have any blankets or pillows to rest comfortably on. Furthermore, the room lights had an irritating tendency to turn off after 5 minutes.
